All non-warranty returns must be unused and in the original packaging suitable for re-sale (shoes can not be worn, racquets must have plastic shrink-wrap on handle) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty related returns are subject to a $14.95 Return Fee that covers processing cost and shipping charges to and from the manufacturer (they bill us, whether item is replaced or not). Warranty Returns are subject to Manufacturer approval. Return shipping to customer, if replacement is requested and honored, will be charged to credit information on file at the time of replacement.
